China Cleantech Group is an organization, which is specialized in serving the renewable energy & environmental industry in China. China Cleantech Group has two parts, China Cleantech Forum, and China Cleantech Industrial Institute.

China Cleantech Forum is a high-level meeting & information platform to serve its members for China-related Cleantech opportunities. Specific topics such as Renewable Energy, Distributed Energy Storage, Energy Efficiency Technologies & Applications, Clean Coal, Green Materials, Waste Resourcing, Water Technology, etc are covered. The mission of China Cleantech Forum is to facilitate the policy making, promote the technology commercialization and the Cleantech investment in China. The First China Cleantech Forum was hosted in W-hotel, New Jersey on April 25, 2009 with the topics of the outlook of Clean Energy market and investment. Among 140 participants are some distinguished scholars, technical experts, entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Topics such as clean energy policy and investments, market outlook for Sino-US clean coal technologies, green building etc. were covered. China Cleantech Forum 2010 will be hosted in Erdos, China in July 2010. The forum will bring tremendous oversea resources to Erdos as well as help to build up the international collaborations for Erdos and Inner Mongolia in a long run.

The purpose of China Cleantech Industrial Institute is to locate the challenges in energy and environment industries in China as well as to promote R&D, build the demonstration project, and commercialize the right technologies to solve the problems. Our first China Cleantech Industrial Institute (joint venture with some major institutes) was developed in Hunan to address the issues of waste (industrial waste, e-waste, mining leftover) resourcing and the environmental materials.
